The midi skirt (hitting around the mid calf area) is all the rage, but with my 5'1 frame, it's not a look that works with my body. Being petite, one needs to be mindful of where one gets cut off. Going slightly below the knee is a much more flattering alternative and needs to be pairs with a high heel to elongate the frame. Here, I'm wearing a pleated, high waisted REISS skirt that gives off the sexy librarian vibe. It's currently on sale for $105 and it's worth every penny, especially with that gorgsous sculptured waist.
